Hummus Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 1 clove garlic
- olive oil
- 2 Tb lemon juice
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley
- Cayenne pepper

Food processor or blender if you don’t have one
Hummus Recipe – Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in the food processor or blender. Drizzle in some olive oil. Whirl everything together in the food processor. If you’re using a blender, you may have some trouble getting the mixture to spin properly. If this happens, add a tiny bit of water and use a spoon to nudge the ingredients down closer to the blade, then try again.
Once your hummus becomes a nice spreadable paste, remove from blender and serve with sesame crackers, pita wedges or some other type of edible scooping device.
