Creamy parmesan and smooth artichoke do a tongue-tingling tango in this party favorite: hot artichoke dip. Pop it out of the oven, bubbling hot and ready to dress up a cracker or veggie slice. Easy to make and reheat before guests arrive. Great to have leftover, but it won’t last that long!
Hot Artichoke Dip – Ingredients:
- 2 small cans of artichoke hearts, cut into bite-sized chunks.
- 2/3 cup or one “dollop” of mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbs. parsley, finely chopped (optional).
- Fresh grated pepper to taste
Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe – Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (or whatever you’re heating your other party hors d’oevres at – it really doesn’t matter as long as the food comes out hot).
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the parsley and mix well. Use a rubber spatula to turn the mixture into a baking dish and smooth out evently.
Bake until bubby. Remove from oven and cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle the optional parsley over the top if you’re using that.
